1. Product Overview
CC-TDOB01 is a dedicated IOTA field termination terminal board belonging to Honeywell Series C I/O subsystem, perfectly matched with CC-DO01 digital output IOM module for Experion PKS distributed control system. It acts as the physical wiring bridge between DCS control cabinet IOM card and on-site actuators, responsible for routing all 16 channels of relay switching output signals to field solenoid valves, auxiliary contactors, alarm horns, pump/motor starters and on-off valves.
Each channel adopts independent 1 Form C SPDT relay contact structure, supporting both normally open and normally closed signal switching, compatible with 24VDC low-voltage control and 250VAC industrial auxiliary power loads. Full-channel 2500V RMS photoelectric + relay dual isolation thoroughly eliminates ground loop drift and high-voltage surge interference from field wiring, effectively protecting the core IOM controller circuit from burnout caused by miswiring short-circuit.
Integrated multi-level overcurrent and short-circuit hardware protection, automatic channel cut-off when load current exceeds 5A instantaneous, fault signal uploaded to C300 controller via I/O bus for real-time upper HMI alarm. Each channel is equipped with independent status LED light, directly displaying relay pull-in/release state for rapid on-site maintenance troubleshooting without external measuring instruments.
Vertical tilt mechanical design optimizes cabinet internal heat dissipation, uniform air flow avoids local overheating; supports full hot-swap operation of matching CC-DO01 IOM module without cutting off cabinet field power supply. The PCB adopts full anti-corrosion conformal coating, stable long-term operation in high-dust, high-humidity and trace corrosive gas environments of thermal power plants, oil refineries and chemical plants. It cannot work independently and must be inserted into Series C I/O rack and paired with CC-DO01 digital output IOM module to complete signal output control.
